First off, don’t panic. Breathe deeply. Maybe find a bullet to bite on...
Hmmmm yes they seem to be a little bit yellower at the tips than elsewhere. It could just be from faster than usual growth though.
Could be from a lot of things.
Some more info on your grow, what has changed lately, and what might have caused this would be helpful, since none of us have this info except for you at this point.

I don't see anything to panic about yet... new growth is always a little lighter as it builds in the chlorophyll. If the light color persists even when the next leaves come in, then start looking for a cause.
