Hi all new to this site. First time grower. Made some mistakes, now on second harvest. Found i had spider mites. Sprayed with soapy water, then i tried rubbing alcohol. Is this effective? Anyway cut several of my plants down, washed them and now drying. Do i lose resin by washing? How do i prevent future bug infestation? The photo is of a healthy plant i have outdoor. The infested ones are inside. I don't get it. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

What you did for the bugs is ok and washing the buds after, gives a cleaner better taste.
Even the best growers get bugs, just keep an eye out and search more often

Welcome nice plant bro!! When growing outdoors pest are bound to happen. Like Chris said think about planting companion plants that will deter the pest. Have a good day!!!
