*New Grower* SMALL BUDS THIS LATE INTO FLOWERING? Should I cut my losses?

I fear I’ve left it in flower too long. It doesn’t even have that sticky feel anymore.

This is my first time growing a plant this long(without it dying). This plant has been In the flower stage since mid February. This is not special genetic Seeds. The plant seeds are from regs.

plant size: It measures 10 inches from the soil to the corona. I intentionally put this plant into flower stage early. Could that be the reason the buds are so small?

Soil: wal mart mixed pitting soil

container: Wal Mart fabric bag

Lighting: indoor mainly and outdoor for 4hrs sunshine

Feeding cycle: I water it once every other day and I also feed it once a week with Miracle bloom feed.

Foilage: I stumbled across a video last month of a “professional” Canadian award winning grower. He suggested trimming some leaves in the flower stage. I trimmed mine shortly after seeing video. Early last month.

The schedule is 12 and 12. I think this may be a loss bro. Last week they were soft and sticky. I found some Cobb Webb’s inside the bud. I put on gloves and GENTLY CAREFULLY pulled them out. It’s all good it’s a learning process. I have another 3 more in flower. 1 looks considerably better than this one. Just wondering should I trash this 1?

As I'm not hell experienced either I would try and bring it back from what it is as a experiment for
Yaself see what ya can do I'd give it a peroxide spray and either try reveg then clone?

I think mainly the problem relates to feeding. They look drastically overfed, probably with something that didn’t agree with them to begin with. I don’t know what is contained in the Walmart soil and Miracle Grow nutes, but would suggest upgrading to better stuff if possible, and cutting down on the feeding levels next time.

So this 1 is done right? I guess I’ll trash it if

I'm always a member to say keep them going, however I think your best just pulling this one and starting again, but this time your in the right place to get the answers bud.

What do you mean by pulling it? Is there anything that can be done to it? Like maybe can I dry it cure it and maybe cook with it or something? It still has some sticky ness to it and smell good. Can I at least cook with it

Yes I would chop it. You can still find a use for it. Tiny amount of hash, some probably not very good smoke, or edibles

In soil giving water every other day.
This is a major problem that needs to be addressed before you start the next grow. If that's what is happening she is more than likely struggling with anaerobic soil due to overwatering.
Looks like PM, but rot , reveg.
You need to look at your light/dark situation to prevent future reveg. Your environment as PM and bud rot can come from poor circulation.
Read up on watering practices in soil as a first step.

Also start a journal so other growers can assist you along the way.

Can you get hold of any other medium and maybe a basic nutrient pack, coco?

If you can I can pass you over a great feed schedule that works great.

I'd also suggest some quality genetics from any of the sponsors, step inside your grow space too and lock yourself in while looking for any light leaks.

PH pen is a must bud.
