Hey everyone, first time posting and first time growing indoors and I have a lighting question. I'm an electrician and happened to come across some free LED lights that are usually quite expensive($220) but I salvaged them for free, plus the fixtures. The bulbs are 165w LEDs and are designed to replace 400w MH. My plants seem to be growing quite slow initially and I'm wondering if I can use these for the veg stage, or do I need a specific led to grow plants.
