New grow

Hi everyone,
My first grow and I think I'm heavy on nutrients.

Transplanted 1/28 into the pots they are in (5gal). Added just 16 ounces water when transplanted (soil seemed moist).

Initial feeding of nutrients 2/1
I am certain I doubled my initial feeding of Fox Farm Big Grow (6 tsps/gal). The soil contained .18 N .10 phosphate and .12soluble potash.

2/5 topped plants

2/7 watered and fed with 1 tsp big Grow.

2/8 departed for Mexico plants looked great.

2/11 received call plants were browning.

2/13 returned to find plants burning from leave tips in.

2/19 watered and fed 1tsp big Grow. This was first time I tested pH.
Runoff tested 7.1-7.3.

2/20 adjusted pH with 1 gallon water and pH down. Runoff tested at 6.5-6.6.

Have you been using calmag?
It looks like burn but its not on the new growth really which makes me think the plant is pulling nutes from old leaves and starting chlorosis.

I have not used any cal mag to date. Both plants are showing signs of improvement. They have been in soil now for about 23-24 days. Perhaps I'm starting to get to the end of the nutes in the soil.

Well im no expert but I can tell you for sure that your plant will eat up some calmag especially since your using led's

You could lower your light probably too.... I kept my mars hydro 18 inches away during veg with no issues. 12-18 during flower. It worked good
