New Grow Set Up

I will get some pics as I go but I could use some advice on how to set it up ( which tent to use which light in etc )

I have a 4 X 4 Opolite tent
and a 5 x 5 Hydro Planet.

Lights are a ViparSpectra PAR 700
G8 LED 90 watt 29471 REd Only ( flowering )
315 Watt Ceramic Metal Halide. with a Philips 901575 Master GreenPower, Elite Agro CDM 3100K, 315-Watt bulb
2 3x3 flood tables, one for each tent.
Tents are joined together ( sealed )
Running a 14K BTU portable AC in the 5x5 tent ( heat pump heat or Ac ) controlled
home made humidifier made in a 5 gallon bucket from a myst generator.
AC and Humidifier are controlled ( tents are joined at top and bottom via 6" ducting )

I have ten Auto flowers Northern Lights
10 white widow fems

Questions / opinions
which Lights should go in which tent and which plants in which tent or does it matter?

my thoughts were since the Metal halide runs a little hotter, put it in the tent with the AC, since it will stay a couple degrees cooler, and run the LED's in the 4x4 tent.
thoughts?

Thanks

Sent the 5 x 5 tent back because the AC unit could only fit in one way where it blew right at the girls. exchanged for a 4 X 8 vivosun. also got a 3X6 flood table for it.
I definitely think I need more lighting now. Opinions? Im very new to Hydro so Im a little nervous. All my previous experience has been with outside dirt. Cant do that anymore.

Ordered a DIY CXB3590 3' X 3' LIGHT KIT from Rapid today. I hope this combined with the other lights gives me the proper coverage.

I wound up using a 4x8 tent and re enforced the tent with EMT conduit and some conduit brackets I bought. I then built a room and made a smaller area outside the tent for newer plants. Finished it all up just this past Xmas and for a first grow I was pretty happy with it.

Sounds like you're figuring things out. There are plenty of threads here that cover those questions if you look for them.........I don't do hydro or I'd help..................BUT..........
it's a good thing I run a Linux program with a TOR browser cuz that link you gave is a Google link, and they will track your every keystroke, and then backtrace you, find your location and.....send you ads...lol........to say the least.....
But hey good luck and welcome to the site :welcome:

Know a way I can upload a short movie? ( update : never mind I found a link in the forum to a tutorial thanks )

Hopefully this works Lemon Haze, White Widows, Northern Lights, Redemption. and one St Elmos Fire.

My first post is not what I wound up with, things changed as they always do. I only used one tent, the other one is in storage, and I upgraded to a 4X8

A few pics I took during the process. The tent was a Vivo sun I felt was very well made but I reinforced it anyway, made some extra poles. Its pretty easy with stuff from Lowes or menards.

few more pics. I used white electrical tape at all the joints overlap. it didnt absolutely have to have it but it did add alot of support and make the whole tent seem more sturdy. I took the light fixture apart and extended the cords so I could relocate the ballasts outside the tent. ( they came bolted to the back of the two lights ) I then bolted the two lights together back to back. I used regular So cord from Menards. I elevated the tent so I could locate the reservoir outside the tent. This gave me more room to adjust the lights. Peg board used to mount fan on. So I could move its location if needed.
I stuck some reflective backer board in the room on the walls and above the tent. I used the rest of the room just for Vegging and the tent to flower in. I ran the lights on 240VAC off a dryer breaker, I bought a standard water heater timer to control the lights, not digital that way it didn't depend on a battery. Very simple. VEg room wasnt sealed but tent was.

Room is 10 X 12. Im about to move down to florida so I actually have most of it for sale on craigslist. Cant get rid of the room itself though. I worked off two outside walls in the back of the garage so all i had to build was One wall, door jam ( bought a seconds for 30 bucks at menards, and the other side of the door was a shelving unit which came in handy for storing stuff.
