New BudBox Problems please help

Iv just got myself a budbox xxl starter kit added extra intake fan and 2 normal fans its runnining a two 600w hps light setup. I Had 4 cheesus Plants (3 Week Old) That i had outside but put them in my tent because of weather started feeding them on a biobizz feed chart and this is whats happened They R in soil

Add 1 teaspoon epsom salt to gallon of warm ph'd water and mist leaves...looks like a meg def...if that don't work...flush

Iv Just Started flushin today i use botteled minral water to feed my plants
