New and need info on RI medical marijuana program

Hey there i just moved to Rhode Island and am not sure how i go about getting a medical marijuana card. For 8 years now i have suffered severe muscle pains and cramps lasting up to 3 hours multiple times a day. In addition to my physical pains i was diagnosed with severe social anxiety and selective mutism when i was 11. I've tried multiple medications and all have had side effects i couldn't handle. When i started smoking i noticed my anxiety to drift away, id be social and my muscles were totally relaxed , it is the perfect solution for my issues.

I would love info on Rhode Islands medical marijuana program and how i go about getting a card thank you!
