... that weed would be legal in my state. Of course, Governor I-Hate-Dope-Smoking-Goat-People will drag out the process of writing rules and issuing retail permits for as long as he can get away with it, but I can't wait another year or two to get more medicine.
Last year to celebrate 420 Day I bought a vaporizer. Yes it was expensive but worth every penny. The medicine lasts much longer, tastes better, and is easier on my lungs. When I wake up at 3 AM with a terrible migraine, I don't even have to get out of bed to get some pain relief, and I won't accidently set the bed on fire.
This year to celebrate 420 Day I dropped two seeds in water. I'm thinking about starting a grow journal but i don't have a cell phone or digital camera. So far I haven't figured out how to hook up my 40 year old Olympus OM1 camera to the internet, heh. Would anyone be interested in a journal without pictures?
A few years ago I was forced into "early retirement" due to a devastating chronic illness with the name myalgic encephalomyelitis, also known (improperly) as "chronic fatigue syndrome". Basically, if I exceed my "energy envelope", my many symptoms get much, much worse for at least a few days, sometimes a few weeks or longer. Currently I am homebound and have only left home twice so far this year. I have not traveled more than ten miles from home for a few years.
Fortunately I live in a beautiful place on the edge of an industrial forest. To the west of my place, it is 30 miles to the next paved road. In the past week I have seen deer, turkeys, groundhogs, squirrels, geese, ducks, and lots of other birds. Bear, moose, fox, raccoons, owls, coyote are all nearby. I have two cockatiels to keep me company.
I used to farm 40 acres. But now, if I can successfully farm four square feet, I'll be a happy camper...
