can i take clones off of a budding plant? If not, can I take one after I have harvested?

Yeah the likelyhood of a clone surviving and taking root off of a flowering plant is pretty low. But what you can do if you want to get clones is when you harvest harvest the buds only wherever possible and leave as much of the plant and leaves as you can. Then you reveg the plant and can then get clones, plus you can flower that plat again and get more bud. Double bonus. Let us know if you need any other details.
