Need LED Panel Advice

hi peoples,
thats my aktuall situation.
i would light too buy an LED panel in time i Grow with maximal 120W CFLs they make good work, but i think for the montly cost i can get more G/W.

A. My personal Maximal Budged is 120 Euro for an new setup
B. i make only Mini grows 1-2 Plant on 30cmX55cm Area(Smoke under a Gramm per day)
C. iam very good in LST(ideal for CFL 1-2cm under the Lamps with cooling Fan) but FIM or Top be nice too
D. i have made many Outdoor grows, This is my 5th Indoor
E. 5W Chips are my Favorite(good Penetration)

i read since a long Time about LED and LED Grows but i the prices too high for me.

in my Budget Frame are these Canidates in Priority numbert:

1. Mars Hydro 48

5W Chips(but only 48),No Europe Power Cable?, 100W(perfekt), 110 Euro, but no longlife i read many grow reports but an very good lamp, Energy Safe Mode Veg Bloom,nice for Autoflower, i can MOD them with better Cooling

2. Mars Hydro 300W

3W Chips(not so good),No Europe Power Cable?, Good Price 80 Euro, no Longlife but i read many grow reports with this Panel, No Engery Safe Mode 140W thats hard for me,Only makeable for me with Fem Seeds

i can build self an DIY LED 50W Cree Cree CXB 3590 but the costs are the little bit more

Please Help me with youre Advice or Personal Experience.

You can go with Reflector48,it's switchable.
By the way,Mars300 use 5w chips.
Mars 300 and Reflector48.
1 Reflector48 is with switches,you can control spectrum settings between Growth / Bloom Mode.
2 The design is different:Mars 300 uses glass cover ,which will reduce some light. However, Reflector48 uses reflection board ,which will reflect maximum light back to the plants compared to Mars600
3 The coverage is different.
4 Reflector series with IR diodes,IR promote cell division,helps germination,leaf building and flowering,which Mars 300 not have.

Thanks alot SmokeSara(Sponsor), i must say Mars Hydro 48 is my Favorite and later i can buy 1 Panel again too Produce more Veg light.
i had an Question:
i know with 1 Light i need for the last stage of grow Veg and Bloom Funktion but,
when in near Future i buy another Mars Hydro 48 i can run them only in one Mode also 2 Panel in Veg and then in Bloom Stage 2 Panels in Bloom only?
this would be nice 73W for Veg and then for Bloom 129,2(greater Area) this would be efficent(buds quality can be fluffy i know, thats ok for personal use).

so i buyed this panel and i make and make an grow report have fun.
with simple Handy light app check before end after this grow.
thats my first panel iam very afraid thats even better then CFL.
