Need ideas

So, my first grow. This girl hasnt started flowering and it is too late for her :/ she tried flowering early july, then mid august and now when it is time she hasnt got any strength left not a single bud formation when my smaller plant is already flowering nicely.

so i need some tips for edibles.
1. can i store leaves for cannabutter and will it be potent? (dont have money for butter lol)
2. can i store stems for tea?
3. what else of this plant can i use in any way?

Seeing as how she is in a greenhouse I would let her keep going to get at least a bit more.

As long as your temps don't drop below 45°F at night she should be fine.
