hey :) i'm new here ! can you take a look at my girl ?
you think i can put her into flowering, 12\12 cycle ?
shes about 5 weeks old..
and this is obvious that this is a ''she'' right ? XD

Couldn't see the plants that well in the photo but unless it was cloned from a female, you will not know the sex until you are 7 - 14 days into flowering. You can put them in when you want to. I usually wait at least 2 months to get the size big enough. They will stretch out in the flowering stage but those lol pretty short. The bigger the plant the more bud you will get.

no she's not a clone.. but i can see little hairs starting to grow .. you think i will let her more 3 weeks and then put 12\12 light cycle ?

U should keep her couple more weeks before flavoring. Not sure fore sex bad pictures:( . Don't wast your time for seeds that r not female. U got nirvana and bunch of other sites they ship no problem get females and u gonna save time and energy trust me. Try not to stress plant too much or is gonna be male for sure . Watch for temp and have air moving all the time. Keep your grow clean, nothing worse then insects to destroy your plant over night. I did good knows how many growing all over world and we all started like u so don't be afraid to ask;) good luck

On your pic u r using them emergency blanket right? Don't! Use foil and turned to blunt part not shining or just paint white.If u use hps light is gonna burn plant from blanket because reflection

thanks for good answer ! so if i got an auto seeds , if i put them with that plant for like 3 weeks together.. and then put 12\12 light cycle that should be fine for both right ??

Yes but don't go auto seeds . Auto r good when u have bunch off it not one or two. Get regular female like super skunk strain. Longer u grow more u gonna have. Auto seeds u can't get shit from one.
Ad more co2 u can get 30% more with plantly co2. U have bags for it don't try some fire shit to burn your place down.

Hi Shiny, welcome to 420!

Your plant doesn't look ready to flower quite yet. No sign of pre-flowers, and therefore no sign of sex. You can put it into 12/12 anytime and she/he will start flowering when ready, or you can wait another week with longer light for more growth. In the mean time I would do a little more with your LST to spread stems closer to edge of pot.

Autos will do fine in 12/12, but the auto trait evolved to grow in longer light cycles so they would do better in separate area with longer light.

Comment on emergency blanket bears repeating. Mylar reflects more infrared heat than visible light used by plants. I see signs of leaf stress. You want a reflective material that will scatter light. 'Dull reflective material' sounds like an oxymoron but that's what you want. If it's light in color it's reflecting light. White paper actually reflects more light than mylar, aluminum or mirrors.

You should get some panda film for the walls. Foil does not reflect light as well and could burn your plant. You will lose more lumens with foil or mylar. They also hold more heat in. Just as they are designed to. You just want to grow them until they are 24" or better from your bulb. Some strains will almost double their size during flowering. The more Sativa dominant the bigger the stretch.

Hey what's going on guys. Been burnin since Nam, first time grower tho need help with autos. I have everything all set up in my grow tent with 800w China made led grow light , and a couple of t5's It draws 240 from wall. Germinated 3 seeds and all 3 popped. I put them in soil and placed clear plastic cups over the top. I don't know how high my lights should be? My temps and humidity are mint ph is always 6.5 what am I doing wrong

Do you have a ventilation fan? An oscillating fan inside? What are the Temps and humidity? As for as to how high your lights should be, I am assuming you're talking about the distance to the top of the canopy. How far away can you hold your hand with out it being hot on your hand? That's how high they should be. Keep moving them up as the plants grow.

I wouldn't do autos if you have a choice. Buy some feminized seeds or clones if you can. Sounds like clones might be hard to get but best option though (in my opinion).

Yes I do I have a 6"ventilation fan and carbon filter, air flow seems good, my temps are currently at 73 and humidity is at 47 doesn't really move much from there on both sides. The light puts off very little heat. And yes I was talking about distance from canopy.right now it's about 18-20 inches I had it closer earlier but I got scared lol. I appreciate your help bud

Yes your prob right but I've been hearing a lot about some of the autoflower strains lately and got amused. This is my first grow and since this is not as advanced meaning changing light schedule,and I'm using kind soil hot soil with ffcoco loco so no nutes now you see how easy I wanted my first grow to be as it is an only water system
 
I prefer to use a medium like promix. That way I know exactly what my plants are getting. There is nothing in the promix so they only get what I guide them. Easiest way to control them. I do all organic as well. Using organics allows you to be able to smoke your weed without chemicals burning your throat if you do not have enough time to flush them properly. Plus the flavor is stronger in my opinion. Who wants to smoke chemicals? I don't use them on food I grow to eat either. Roots organic isa good line for organics. 16 grows with it and I would not switch. Works very well. Don't forget micronutrients. I start with adding a table spoon of milk and slowly increasing it over the grow as the plants get bigger. Remember relativity.
