Need help

I have been clean for a month now but I am still peeing dirty. I am a male and 5'6 and weigh 160 pounds. I just tested my self from a home drug test and I am still peeing negative. Any suggestions on how to get clean faster? I have to see my po next week and I was hoping to finally have started my time by having my first clean pee. I have been peeing dirty for four weeks and I am scared to see my PO. Anybody please let give me some suggestions.

Exercise as much as you can
Eat a high fiber diet and take a supplement like metamucil
Stay hydrated
When you go into to take your next court ordered test drink about 36 ounces of gatorade the morning of the test
pee 3 or 4 times\then use your midstream urine for the collection cup.
This will increase your chances of passing.
