Need Help with nutrients mix!

Hi guys, I am preparing my first hydro grow in about 2 weeks.
I got 240w LED with and aero-spary hydro system(30L res) in a 4X4 tent.
my problem is the only nutrients i can find is company named Grow More.
they got three kind of nutrients:

30-10-10 +1.1% TC
15-9-30 +1.1% TC
10-30-20 +1.1% TC

Also i can get:
CalMag 13-0-0 by UltraSol
Epsom Salt


my question is how do i mix up those nutrients for my stages of growing?

they don't give you any feed chart? or are there any recommendations on the bottles?
if they don't give you a feed chart its gonna be trial and error
those are pretty big numbers
what does it say on those 3 bottles by how you list them im gonna say grow micro bloom and the cal mag
need more info it should say something on the bottle on how to mix during what stages

they listed by N-P-K rating.
well on the bag it says(translated by me) dilute concentration to 800~1200times. so 1ML nute with 1L water.

I really need help to know which and how much i should use during seeding-begging-flowering.

id wait to feed the seedling anything till about 5 nodes or so then feed 1/4 strength

thanks man. I have been reading and searching, so when flowering i should use 10-30-20? and no use for 15-9-30 any stage right?

yea use the 10-30-20 for bloom
be careful how much you use
