Need Help Please!

These 2 plants my friend didnt feel like taking care of are flowering but just at the top and they are very short maybe 1.5 feet tall. I dont know when i should harvest them? I dont know how long they have been flowering he kinda left me no information about them and i dont know what to do can someone please help me! Here are the pictures of them flowering an i can get more of the whole plant if needed!

wow thank you so much that really helps alot guess these plants just dont have a very high yeild at all. There just seeds outta the bags ive been buying so i guess i cant expect much!

Just let them flower feed them.good of course they look like auto flower to me outside they won't get very tall lucky to see foot and half tall.
