Need help keeping my girls under control - Pics

Watsup guys its been a wyle
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried using
a MH bulb for first few weeks of Bloom cycle?
I plan to scrog just waiting on my tent to arrive.
Any ideas or techniques would be awesome guys.
The bigger one is in a 5Gal pot
Other ina 2.5Gal
My tent is 63" tall do u guys think ill have a
problem with height control?

I think theres a type of full spectrum mh light being sold
uses a hps ballast but you can get both spectrums

What I did was drill holes into my container just under the lip. Then I tie a piece of yarn around the branch and then tie the other side through the hole in the container and that will allow light to other branches while maintaining a lower profile for the plant. They are looking great by the way.
