I think I am starting to see the first signs of nute burn on my girls ... I think I need to flush these pots asap ... what is the best method for doing this .. do I just use PH'ed water and give them a good soaking till I get lots of run off ??

Hey Loki, how ya doing buddy.
What makes you think it needs flushed??
What are you feeding for nutes?? What's the ppm? What's the PH? Did you charge the coco before you planted in it?? How often are you watering?? Are you using cal mag as well?

the tips of the leaves are burning on 4 of my plants
nutes is GH Micro, GH bloom, Calmag and epsom salts are the nutes ... my ppm is usually like 650-700 in the feeding ... PH is always 5.8-6 .. i double buffered my coco for 2 8 hour sessions in a heavy calmag solution ... i water once per day
this is my setup LED light was turned off for this picture

I'm staring to remember now... we have talked a bit before...
Just use 1/2 strength the recommended full strength dosage on your nutes schedule... keep your PH in range and make sure not to be watering too much... you dont want the coco to be completely dry but you do want it to light before watering.
I would steer clear of flushing with straight water but that's just me... all and all your plants look pretty healthy.
Keep a close eye on them.

Ok well most of that sounds pretty good...
How old are they??
Your ppm does sound kinda high, but are you using tap water or RO?
And how much are you giving them each feeding. Those are big pots
Also one more thing... after you buffered it how long did you let it sit before transplanting into it??

They are 14 days old at the moment ... I am using tap water that has a ppm of about 250 ... so my nutes are bumping it upto like 750 mark .. i let the pots sit for about 2/3 days before transplanting them ... They are 10 and 12 litre pots (12's at the front) and i usually use about 5/6 litres of water before they all start getting run off

Ok so your nutes could possibly be a touch high...
I would not go over the 650 to 700ppm mark for now, all in.
Also I know they say to water coco everyday but that assuming you are doing it proper. I truely think that's too much water everyday. I cant see them needing much more that 500ml a day.
If you dont get runoff right away that not a problem, when the get more roots you will be able to water till runoff and wash out the build up anyway

so since I feed them almost a liter each yesterday should I hold off for a bit refeeding them and see what happens ??

Let's do the 1st bold remark there...14 day olds need no nutes..2nd bold remark...way too big of pots, unless they're autos...3rd and final bold remark...you're watering too much in too big a pot and feeding them...o_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_O

I remember my first grow, no help, on my own, and man I loved them to death...literally......:rip::rip::rip:

Then yes definately wait to water...
You might need to give them a couple days... you want them get light, and then just water daily as needed

Yes nutes are definately debatable at the age your girls are but I have seen people use them with success from around them but way lower ppm.
Can I ask how long you been giving nutes?

since 3 days after they broke ground at a 1/4 strength

Oh wow, that is very young!!
Anyhow, they look quite good still so my 2 cents is to back the nutes down. Use your 250 tap water, add calmag to 400ppm, then base nutes to 650ppm and continue on. Just make sure to start a journal and dont water yet.
Stay in touch brother

yeah thanks man I will take this advice gladly haha, and I will start my journal tomorrow
