Need Help 420 Fam!

I just took another seedling in germination to the nursery wear there is a previous transplant from a day befor in rockwool thats breaking soil, i put 40 watt Led on her in the nursey and the one that got transplanted today is under light as well it has a very nice taperoot. Question:will the light effect the seedling in the dirt? that has not broak ground yet, its very moist and warm in the dome.i still have 3 seeds germinating under some plates on heating pad the taperoots i want alittle longer.

The sun doesn't appear to (negatively) affect seeds in the soil outdoors, lol. A little CFL won't.

Thats what i thought..there a old saying in construction ask one time or cut twice..Lol but TY, your response means alot..

I know where the confusion comes into play though. So many people say to keep them in the dark while germinating but being under the dirt is the best way to replicate nature.
