Need advice with the nutrition dose and timing please

Hey,
Well i'm totally a beginner in this , i'm starting with 2 northern lights from buldog seeds bank , in soil , i made few mistakes with buying the soil and the fertilizers , my soil mix is some local made in sweden mix , it's written on it that it already contains :
N : 200-600 mg per L
P : 87-262 mg /L
K : 415 - 1245 mg/L
Content 451, at the time of manufacture

My plants r in the day 11 of veg and i haven't started feeding yet , i was only using some roots hormones , they r now in 3 gallons pots

the other problem is with the fertilizers i bought , i got everything online and by mistake i got Hesi Hydro Grow for the veg stage , i should have got the soil one i know , and now it's too late i can't return it and i'm not gonna buy another one because i'm on a real strict budget ,
the other is Hesi Bloom for soil

i'v read that i can use the hydro fertilizer on soil but with 25% dosage , is that right ?
I think my plants need to be fed now , but i'm not sure what should i do considering that the soil already has NPK , what do u guys think ??

But usually you don't need to begin feeding for 3-4 weeks of you start with a soil that has fertilizer and I'm assuming you transplanted into more of the same soil so that basically replenished it. You should be fun for 2-3 weeks more without feeding.

here r the 2 of them , i'm using a single 125 cfl now , and gonna add extra 2 of 24 watts cfls few days later

Oh yeah man for sure, hold off on the nutrients for a little bit longer. Maybe feed them once every other week for now until they get a bit older. They're looking great right now
