Need advice please

Is it because the light is to strong ? I can’t really move it any further than what it’s at and it’s not dimmable. I have another light I can use it’s 20w the one I’m using now is 600w and it’s 24” away. Temp is a steady 77.

Ya i think it is growing a little slow, then again I’m really new at all this so not sure, but I def know it wasn’t doing that day before yesterday. I think I’ve eliminated it to being something with fertilizer over feed. Gonna try something If it doesn’t change from me doing something about the light.
