Need a G-Mod or higher for this one

I don't think it has ever been a problem before but, as of right now... I cannot create a new thread in the "How To Grow MJ" section of the forum.

I can reply to threads but cannot for the life of me figure out what happened, I didn't change anything in my CP I know that much... LOL

Some times a clear chache and cookies, browsing history, along with a reboot does wonders for any puter "Glitch". It's a first try thing every time for the most part.
