Nearly 5 week old plant any recommendations?

hey guys got some northern light auto seeds from green house first time grower im going to post some pictures any advice or recommendations would be nice note. i dont use fertilizers since where im from you cant get that in the market how damaging would that be? plus i will be moving it from indoor to outdoor is that fine?

Not growing with nutes isn't a real problem when done right but I doubt you are there. I see either some light damage or pH problems on a lower leaf. But what really concerns me is it looks like the main kola may have already started flowering which it is way too you to be doing.

Moving outside will be fine and probably will fix all of those issues.

How long before you can move it outside?

What is the current lighting schedule you are using?

thats not good :/ currently its a 18hr on 6 off but theres problems with electricity and sometimes it turns off for a hr or so :/ will move it next week i hope when it gets abit warmer (middle east problems)
