Nanograms of THC?

ok,in theory, im in colorado i got dui for marijuana in my system, is that possible when i toked like 3 days earlier? I have done a lot of research and cant seem to narrow this one down to an answer that makes sense over 5 nanograms? wth so i stopped looking and cametovisit youall
 
so what is 5 nanograms equivalent to? how do i know i have reached my limit lol like with alcohol most places i see are .8 think 08 maybe,to register dui,i would say how many beers, or mixed drinks, would I need to drink

A ridiculous amount to get a DUI for but what the ignorant lawmakers have decided denotes a legal limit.
It basically means that if you use pot you better not drive at all.

Like TylerDurdn420 said above it going to take a lot of court battles to figure this one out.

If I were you I would do some research to see if there wasn't a class action case coming up that you could get in on maybe for free.
