My Vivosun Aerolight se200 fan not coming on

The lights are running fine, running a recipe, but the fan in the middle of both lights are not coming on. Not sure if there is somewhere I can turn these on, I’ve looked everywhere

As they aren't available in Canada I'm told I don't have experience with that light.

What are the circulation settings on your recipe? The AeroLight fans should follow the circulation settings on the recipe, or the circulation manual settings.

I know the default seedling recipe has no circulation.
