Now those look like they can handle a good transplant.
What country are you living in? They appear to be in a window sill. Reason I am asking, a sunny window in the southern hemisphere could theoretically grow a little cannabis.

That means you are in the northern hemisphere. If your seedlings are sitting on a window sill, they are going to struggle getting enough light. They will also go to flower once mature. Outside light hours are at about 12.
This is by no means a deal breaker. I just thought i would mention it.
