My lighting delemia

Just starting and getting different answers to my lighting I have 400hps and 400w which 1 is better to start with?Any advise would be greatly excepted Peace People !

I think you are confused in what you have or you left something out. A 400 HPS is a 400 watt high pressure sodium light. A 400w is a 400 watt light... see what those mean?

I'm thinking you meant 400w hps and 400w mh

They are meant for different stages of growth, vegetative and flower. I recommending reading the sticky posts on the forum, tons of answers.
