My first time growing weed

Hey guys i'm from Czech Republic, i smoked recently local strains, now it's year when i first tried weed, i recieved a plant from my good friend, i read some forums about growing, my question is, do you think it will grow like this? is it good? bad? any ideas?

I'm not rich and i can't afford growing stuff for thousands of dollars, my budget is 25$ if you can leave me any idea what can i improve with this limit

That blue led thing is a fan, taking out the air, i don't have any other fans, so intake is passive just via holes on sideboard (i added them after posting this thread) and i also make the flower grow straight.

Amazon is your best friend than. A 2x2 tent is around 70 dollars, can purchase a 150w hid for 120ish dollars, or get a couple 300w galaxyhydro leds at 80 dollars a piece.

You mean a timer? Id go with analog timer in case you get an unexpected power outage. Save the hassle from having to dial in the settings again

I've seen timers in thrift shops for $3. Lots of old school TV cabinets for free on Craigslist.com, the newer flat screens don't fit.
