My First Grow

I am a new member just joined since I read on here all the time. Figured I would try and figure it out to show and gather help to make sure I get this right. I am on day 19. My plant sprouted March 25 2019. Transplanted April 11th 2019. Today April 14th leaves are curling down. So I raised the light in hopes to help. All issues started after transplant lost 2 lower leaves dried out on April 12th that had yellow and browning on tips.

I do apologize for the accidental post of 2 of the same pictures I cannot figure out how to edit and fix it. Thanks to all who read and follow along the journey with me.

What kind of lights are you going to end up with?
This is more of just a test but I am using 2 1600lumens led lights for the entire grow. I have only raised them as it has grown. From my research 1 plant truly only needs around 2000lumens to fully do what is intended. So with a total of 3200lumens for the one plant in the small mini fridge it is setup in.

Thanks man I’ll have to probably go that route. Was also thinking about just topping it.
Top it then lollypop it; the topping will keep the height down (I can imagine needing to do a lot of topping to keep yours as small as that YouTube video) and the lollypopping will keep the extraneous growth down so your light will "penetrate" better.
Think "Bonsai tree" ;) and get those scissors!

Topping it is a good idea, but it only slows the growth down for a week or
so,then you've just got 4 or 6 tops that are soon going to be too tall for the box.
Have you considered LST?-It'll keep it short & wide, rather than tall and skinny, and it also allows for the light to reach the entire plant rather than just the tops getting the "good light"
Type LST into the search box if you want to look into it further.
Are you planning on setting up an intake/exhaust system for the box,or are you just going to leave the door open?

Thanks man. I’ll look into it. That actually sounds like my best bet. I plan to just leave the door open just trying to do this with what I have without purchasing anything to see how it goes and to learn before spending any money. I use an ac in the room to adjust temps.

Cool,that'll work-
It's going to be interesting to see how those 2 lights do for the entire grow.
What are you thinking for nutrients?

If you want to get some cannabis nutes "on the cheap",go to the Greenleaf Nutrients website and order the free sample of Mega Crop-you get 300g free, but you do have to pay shipping (Cost me $3.81)
It's what I've used for my current grow-easy as pie to use,and works very well.
300g is enough for apx.60 gallons.

Wow thanks. That’s a good deal. I’ll definitely do that.

I will definitely be getting up with u though when I order to make sure I feed correctly as why I don’t use liquid nutrients. I’ve seen to many plants get ruined from people like me not knowing how to correctly use the nutrients at the correct time and amount

If you do end up with MegaCrop-when you use it,dissolve it in a little warm water before adding it to your watering container-like a little pill bottle or something-it's got some chunks in it that are a bitch to dissolve in cold water or in a large container-I think Greenleaf recommends 115 degree water to dissolve it in.
