Hello. I am a first-time grower and I would like to seek help regarding my sativa seedling.
The first few days were fine until I decided to depot.

Any tips on how could I improve my plant's current situation? And what lighting schedule should I try to follow in an indoor setting? Thank you.

I suggest that you stop watering so much and during your downtime, read my article on how to properly water a potted plant.
Usually when a leaf points downward, it is complaining about something happening at its feet.

Most people run 18/6 on their lights during the vegetative stage and switch to 12/12 when they want their plants to bloom. It also depends on if you are running an auto or a photoperiod plant... most just run Autos 18/6 the entire time.
