My 2nd grow, help needed! leafs lookin bad.

hi there master growers! im on my second grow now and i've noticed very bad lookin brown spots on my Amnesia haze and Power Kush leafs. help needed!
pH and over/under watering shouldnt be a problem! could be some deficiency.
Im using plagron bat mix soil, 400w hps. Temps 77 - 84f, humidity 35 - 65.
