Psilocybin Cube.- Penis Envy
I innoculated a 6 lb. bag I bought on Amazon after using rubbing alcohol to sterilize the bag and syringe. I also heated the syringe with a flame prior to inoculating for sterilization purposes.

My first question: Did you shake that syringe of spores up really well before injecting? Those spores tend to clump up in one place after sitting a while, so they need to be shook up to get evenly dispersed in the liquid. :)

I'll follow along, too, if I may! Six pounds of grain is a big bag! You must be planning for 20 pounds of substrate in a 25 gallon tub? You're going to get a huge harvest!

Im in for the ride, i got my stuff on the way. Got some liquid culture coming of 3 different strains, and 1 is albino penis envy. Also have a grain bag and a monotub kit coming, i think its 48qts, medium size. Plan on trying the uncle bens tek, so i can use my mono tub. Will also grab a couple of shoebox totes from Wally world. Micropore tape too. Already have gloves, 70% isopropyl alcohol, and gonna construct a diy still air box to innoculate the rice bags. This hobby is very interesting!!!

@SinSemillaWhisperer420 If it is any help I grow my shrooms in my grow room because the temperature is always around mid to upper 70's.

Do I place my spawn bag in the grow room? It’s been approximately 1 week and no white spots or signs of inoculation yet. Do I place in a higher temperature or am I bugging ?
 
From spores it will take about 2 weeks to get going, @SinSemillaWhisperer420. Temp should be no higher than 80F. Wee little nasties grow at higher temps, or are encouraged to.
I would put it where temp is most stable, like a dark cabinet.
Google "rhizomorphic growth" to see what to expect in the bag.
