instead of 1 3 5 leaves per new node this plant has done 1 2 3 so far

On the second node one side appears to have had its 3rd leaf fused with the center one while the other side has no trace of any existence of the 3rd leaf at all!

Your plant looks perfectly healthy when they are very young they can have some strange growth early on and if it improves as yours did they are most likely fine.
