Mr Kuklinski's Organic Grow: Indica & Cream Mandarine Under A Mars Hydro TS1000

Hello there guys!

After asking for help when my plants were turning a bit yellow / lime green, i got amazing feedback and advise and my man Pennywise suggested to start a grow journal so everybody can follow me!

Well so here we go!

About me : i'm dutch (netherlands) but i live in spain, canary islands. I've grown before, but never really seriously. My plants always either were discovered (had some hidden plants in the mountains), eaten by animales (damnit bugs bunny..), or had pest problems (those filty fungus gnats, i wish there were bigger so i could beat the shit out of them haha).

So this is going to be my first professional grow!

Growroom:
80x80x160 tent
Mars hydro TS1000
Strains : 3 unknown indicas which i won from a website, 2 cream mandarine by sweet seeds. All feminized.
Nutrients: Bio-bizz organic nutrients (bio-grow, bio-Bloom, top-max).
Grow medium: Bio-bizz all mix
Pots: 11litre
Temp: between 22 and 28° humidity between 45 and 65%

My plants are looking good, transplanted them in the bigger pots and gave them about 200ml of water. The biggest plant i topped today, and tucked the leaves a bit, hoping to get some New tops!

I really like the Mars hydro ts 1000, its pretty strong and my plants seem to like it! However i had some leaves twisting which i think was because of the intensity of the light, so i have it running at 50% more or less hanging at 27". My plan is to lower the light bit by bit.

LOL ... I almost feel like I'm looking at my tent in the mirror. Only different pots. Even our plants are close in size.
Haha nice that's amazing i hope i'll get the same harvest as yours
Looking much better now, I’m in for the grow show!
Thanks mate!! Yes they do look a lot better, and after the transplant they started to grow even faster! Im planning to feed them when they ask for it.

Hi there guys!

Just a Quick update. Yesterday evening i changed the intensity of the light to its maximum so its now working at full power. Just now i woke up and took a look at my plants, and saw the 2 biggest plants twisting and turning the edges of their leaves! So i'm now very sure this is caused by too much light. However, its not that bad like before but if its getting worse, i will lower the intensity again. Light is hanging at 32". The 2 other (smaller plants) seem to be fine though!

One of the indicas which was looking a bit bad i removed from the tent and i'm planning to keep it as decoration behind my window:)

So i now have 4 plants in the tent, 2 indicas, and 2 cream mandarines.

I think i transplanted the 3 smaller plants a bit too late because i can see them yellowing a bit, one of them starting from the bottom leaves, the other 2 are in general more yellow.

Hope this will go away in a couple of days once they have spreaded their roots.

Cheers!

Any updates ? Am waiting for a ts1000 in the post infested to see how this is going
Hi there! Plants are doing good but i messed up with the ph, didnt adjust it because i assumed that it wasnt necesario with organic feeding. Big mistake. Líquid feedings still need to be adjusted to the right ph level.

I think i'm close to harvest with 2 of the 4 plants.

Yess this light is very good, good coverage and the plants are loving it! You can also dim it to save energy in seedling stage and put it closer to the seedlings.

Oké so today i chopped down one of the Girls, looked like she was ready for it.

I made a mistake, i was trimming her down but then went out for only 2 hours, and left the plant on the table where i was trimming. When i returned home, my whole house smelled like weed:cheesygrinsmiley::laughtwo:o_O

Such a strong smell.. Anyways i finished trimming her down and now she's hanging in my closet.
