Moving an auto from 18hr lighting to 12hr?

Hello,
I am wondering g if an “auto” plant can be moved to a flower tent with success?
I started a free-bee in the veg tent, 18/24 under a 1000/200w led. This does not seem to be enough juice, can I move it to the flower tent, 12/12 under 450w hps? This one is a gelato auto, there is a gorilla glue auto right behind it.

Thank you Diggler, excellent. I just want it to finish with more... the photos under the HID450w really turn out. I have moved and will see. Thanks again. Mike
