Man, I bought that for my wife almost 2 years ago and kept it alive with runoff of veg & bloom nutes. Now its blooming. Warms my heart!

It looks like u know what your doing! Nice

Hey seed. Thanks for the positive & encouraging words my friend. Im glad to have you here. Welcome to 420mag!:high-five: There are lots of really knowledgeable folk here, but Im not one of them yet. Juju is a 1 of a kind, like that pig in charlottes webb. Wilbur....thats right! She handles anything life throws at her in full stride. This light though, the Growant g5pro....does all the heavy lifting.....im just watering and smelling:thumb:

Moon leave about 1/3 of the popcorn buds on the bottom and put into 20/4 hrs. Cut off 1/3 of the roots and up pot with new soil. I have two plants that I reveged. I reveged. one for two months and in flower now on New Years it has 30 to 40 colas kicking ass plus I got 6 clones from her. The other one is growing to be huge still in veg. mode. and I can get more clones from her.
happy growing

This was the first time I heard anyone say to trim the roots. Do you take the 1/3 from the bottom or leave the inner 2/3 of the rootball? My husband dabbled in bonsai, and the thread on this site about bonsai mothers recommends trimming the roots to keep the plants a stable size for cloning in perpetuity, but you sir are the first I've come across carrying this into reveg. This may be what I was waiting to hear.

Haven't done a reveg yet. I grow with Doc's kit, and it's not a living soil we've played with revegging. I sure would like to try one though. I've been chopping my girls back to the quick at some stage while vegging in one gallon and it's resulting in some of my strongest beauties, so reveg seems to be the next logical step. I keep thinking about trying one of my hempy pots too.

Seems a shame to toss out a perfectly good rootball capable of delivering an even stronger plant the second time, doesn't it? Not the same type of thrill you get from a clone or a seed, but if it can be factored in you could ramp up your production, even if you only reveg one a year.

Moonshine...... baby, that light is kicking some serious ass. :high-five: That has to make you feel all tingly when you look in first thing in the morning, and I'd be surprised if that wasn't the first stop after the bathroom. :laughtwo: My tents sit right next to my bed. It's crazy to ever walk past without opening the zippers for just a peek. Lol!

Love the gerber in bloom too, and I see the pup got her cameo. :battingeyelashes:

I'm mighty happy with my own GROWant lights. I feel blessed beyond belief to have the lights I do in my spaces. Wait until you see my next Carnival pictures. That plant has monster potential written all over her. You mentioned something about your beauty having small dukes. In my brief experience I've come to appreciate a compact, densely-packed girl over the huge, breathtaking beauties. The little girls are easier to trim and wash, and easier to dry and store. They also tend to have more potent oils, IMO, likely due to the stresses we put them under to keep them smaller.

That said, give me a field and watch me work my fingers to the bone having the time of my life. :laughtwo: Will you be growing outside this year? You know, there's a day ahead where it's going to be commonplace to have cannabis and hemp growing in the yard. Seeds are some of the best food you can ingest, and in many countries they were a staple cereal, like oatmeal. Making cannabis illegal cut that supply from the world. Look at the results. People got sick in ways we've never seen.

We can rethink that policy of banning hemp any day now. :battingeyelashes: I'm going to go out and make my own oatmeal and toss in a handful of hulled hemp seeds. I got some from Foods Alive, one of our sponsors, that I haven't opened yet. This seems the perfect moment. Lol!

When re-potting my fuchsias, I did this. Pruning back the roots and adding new soil around them proved to be the quickest method of bringing them back bigger and stronger than before. I sure plan on giving this a whirl with the ladies.

Thanks Sue! Juju seems to really dig this light. Im hoping the next plants do as well.

I had no idea that you could eat seeds, although i bet if ya toasted them and coated them in chocolate id eat the hell out of em!! Haha.

So did anyone ever clarify if we should cut the bottom 1/3 of roots to re veg? Or the outer 1/3 ?
