Mold on soil

Hay everyone starting to freak out abit here, so I watered the pro mix soil about a week ago and it's still moist and then today I notice mold developing on the surface of the soil and abit on the sides, is this normal? Or is it even mold?

Google "santa's beard" its not mold its a soil bacteria that is beneficial to plants roots. Good stuff and a sign your soil is ALIVE! woot

I have some white powder on top of my coco, I had it last run too. Seems to be fine

Actually its more of a mushroom type deal. Mycelium and likely bacteria there as well. All good stuff.

Feel alot better! Any idea why the soil is still moist after so long? So tempted to feed it more as it's time for a higher dose of nutes but I cant give it to her now, do the leaves look weird to you or is it just me?

whats the soil mix? Promix and what else??
