Hey I have recently become a MMJ patient and am now having to re-new my nexus border crossing card. Will my Nexus card still be approved? Will they be able to tell I am a MMJ cardholder? I have read that no one can access your medical records regarding MMJ but most of the time those questions are directed towards employers or normal background checks but is it the same for the feds/border patrol or with the nexus program?
