Mites?

My brother is doing his first grow. Outdoor and send me these pics today. I don't want to go anywhere near his plants because I have a clean indoor grow. I think it might be mites but I've never had a bug so I have no clue.

Not mites. And I’m pretty sure not PM either, though I’ve never had that.

that's good to hear. might be army worms i heard they're out in some areas around here this year.
