Mites on clone cuttings

I have brought in clones from another location. They are currently in my EZClone machine. They showed no signs of mites when brought here, but after discovering mites at another location I have noticed them on my cuttings. They went in the machine on the 17th. and usually take about 10 days for roots to show. I am currently harvesting from my garden also. Is there any thing that would be safe to use on cuttings that are not rooted yet? I thought about Orange Guard (which is organic, made from orange oil) but wasn't sure if it was safe to use on those cuttings. Everything is complicated now, as I need to keep mites out of the garden during harvest. If I was dealing with just a couple cuttings I would get rid of them, but it is more complicated than that because of the number of them... They would be hard to replace... :thedoubletake:
