Migro 100 LED Help 12 Day Old Seedlings

Hi

Im using the Migro 100 led for the first time. I had it at less than a third power for the first 9 days, but they weren't growing that well. 2 days ago I turned it up to nearly 50% & now my girls are growing better.

Anyone know can I or should I turn it up higher?

if the light isn't hot i'd put it right on top of them with the fan aimed at them.here are mine i just started under 2x 45w growneer LEDs.
