2/3 of the voters approved legislation in 08 to legalize medical MJ. So why are the cops raiding dispensaries and compassion clubs? Makes me fighting mad that the gov can just say F you people we are going to do what we want. Legal growers are being prosecuted and shut down. Why bother even f'ing voting?
Its making legal growers and patients go underground just like it was a few years ago. These cases are also holding up in court and people are going to jail.
Then the state says you can have 12 plants per patient but only 2.5 oz's per patient. WTF? 12 plants yield more than that. Nothing like creating a huge gray area to bust people.
These cops and prosecuters are just mad that the law doesn't coincide with their own political agendas. The people don't seem to matter anymore.
