MG Bloom Booster?

Hey guys, I've got and experimental grow goin startin off from 12/12. When the babies get older I plan on using MG bloom booster (15-30-15) Mainly because it was easy to get and not pricey.

Should I expect good results from this fert?:peace:

Yes. But I would flush weeks in advance. Also, check the pH of your water with and without nutes (mix a gallon and test) You may need a calcium and magnesium supplement. Check for Plant-tone organic or something like that at the place you found the MG.

I cannot stress enough how important I think it is to flush early. I have used this and it will make for some nasty tasting smelly crap if you leave it in during harvest.

Oh, and if you have a choice, find another source, preferably organic. You will be very please with the results.

Alright. Thanks Boss.

What is a good organic fert?

And if I end up having to use the MG, proper flushing? I'm new to growing but my understanding of flushing is just watering with no ferts. is this right?

Correct on the flushing. I would plan for once at light switch, and at once at 2 weeks, final about 3 dyas before you chop. MG is powerful stuff, and the taste and smell can really stick if you don't clean em out real good.

I use plant-tone from wally world, just because it was easy to find and in front of me. But, it works :-)

Well sounds like I may be leaning toward some organic fert if I can get it at wal-mart. I must have looked over it the first time. But now I know what to look for.
One more ? ...my babies are on 12/12 already...when I start using ferts should I just start in with a bloom nute? or use a veg nute to start out?

Thanks Boss

Okay sounds like a plan. I think I read that somewhere about more N more likely to make fem. I'll hafta make a trip to the store:cheesygrinsmiley:

Well no plant-tone at wally-world. Theres another garden store in town that my have some organic ferts. I can check tomorrow.
