Just make sure you don't get a urine sample from a woman who could possibly be or become pregnant, they can see that in a sample.
In addition to that, if she's on her period and blood gets into the sample, they can see in the Barr body in her blood cells. Barr body=they can tell it's a biological female and they'll know that you were using someone else's sample.
