Hey all!
I got my 'Red Card' as it's called a few years ago because of crippling arthritis in my hips and lower spine. I honestly hadn't given a thought to weed since my college days! I'd just been told that I could no longer use NSAIDS for my arthritis pain because I'd basically trashed my stomach with them, causing numerous trips to the ER. I was then prescribed Percocet.
I was working at the time and my first hip replacement surgery was set a couple of months out. There was simply no way I could take the prescribed amounts of this narcotic and be lucid enough to work.
However, I did find that a few drops of a tincture in gatorade in the mornings helped a lot. In the evenings, I'd often start out with tea, followed by one percocet tablet and a couple of hits of my vaporizer.
Anyway, I eventually had my second hip replaced and I've found indica strains that work wonders with my anxiety issues.
Happy to see you all!
