Hello,
I read a thread here about the TRUTH of women and MJ for severe morning sickness.
I've been hospitalized and am on bed rest. I've taken the docs pills but nothing works as well as 2 ganja cookies a day. I am able to hold down my food therefore keep ketones (which can kill the baby) out of my urine. Despite all of your opinions on how bad a mother I am. I need to know what is the legal side of this? In TX MJ use by a pregnant woman is a felony. What are CA laws? Will CPS get involved if I test positive at a prenatal visit?
If there's a better place for me to post this maybe a womans section please direct me.... I have read dozens of womens testimony and research on the subject. But nothing seems to be written about the laws of this.
I've also been told that having a MJ card protects you from prosecution point blank period is this true?
