CHULA VISTA – Medical marijuana dispensaries will be the topic of a public safety subcommittee meeting Wednesday at the Chula Vista Woman's Club.
The city currently has a moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries set to expire June 21.
Presentations on the future of such dispensaries will be given by City Attorney Glen Googins, the Chula Vista Police Department, and the Chula Vista Planning Department.
The public is welcome to attend and comment.
Council members Patricia Aguilar and Steve Castaneda will attend and report back to the City Council.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at 357 G St.
