Arkansans for Compassionate Care have resubmitted what they call the "Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act" to Attorney General Dustin McDaniel for ballot title certification.
McDaniel has already rejected several ballot titles, the most recent coming two weeks ago, when the title was rejected due to ambiguities in the language, writing and intended consequences of the law.
According to a post on the Arkansans for Compassionate Care Facebook page, the latest version of the ballot title was submitted on Tuesday.
