Im loving my new line of nutes, ive been adding the same amount of calcium with my new line and the plants have shown incredible growth and my roots are going insane, in my veg tent theyve attached themselves to the mylar floor (no saucer).

how are you sara? what does customs think/say about grow lights coming into the united states? I'm here drinking some hot cocoa and tried a dish called kee mao for dinner. I got it with chicken and liked it

i added one plant that i had in veg room for awhile but havent flowered it yet under hps or led. so i added her between the two in the far back, but now theyve all been tucked and twisted through the first screen and have stretched through the center (day 7 of flower now)

Nutes = H & G W/Added Calmag
Boosters = Aptus
Foliar Spray = ExtreamGardening CalCarb (once every 3 days)
Ultra Snow Storm (once every 8 days)
Co2 = Exhale XL bag
Training = none other then bending down, (not to be confused with super cropping)
Fans = 4" blower pulling air out
2 8" house fans (1 vortex fan)

Edit : they were topped 3 times each in veg. last month now they havent been topped or trained.

I heard from shipping company, they said the docker's strike tied up the port, so work very less. I do not know thats true. customs clearence finish, but we can not get the product untill today. port is tooooooooo busy

There has been a strike going on, and it's been holding things up like crazy. I only know this because I work for a Thai restaurant that needs a lot of good imported and our main purveyor has a bunch of product for us, but it's in a shipping container and nobody is opening them up.

Look up Greengenes Garden He did a 740 watt LED vs 1k hps lab test. If done right indoors led is the way to go..

Thanks for the tip. This is exactly the kind of information I was looking for. I found it by searching for "Greengenes Garden Lab Results LED vs 1000w HPS" on the video site. All the videos in the side-by-side, 12 Blue Dream clone grow are worthwhile. At one point, he says the LED light used 685w and the HPS 1025w. The PAR readings of the two lights at the canopy were very similar. (about 1150). These videos answer a lot of questions about appearance vs other measures such as weight and potency.

In short, the 6 LED lit plants produced 97% of the weight of the 6 HPS lit plants, but the LED lit buds were more colorful, dense, aromatic, and potent. In the end, he produced 8% more THC using LEDs while using only 67% of the power.

You guys make growing a 25-27% THC bud look easy. I only wish it were true.

By chance, I was able to take a 2 clippings from an incredible Blue Dream plant growing outside in late October and got them to root. 2 months ago, I'd never heard of Blue Dream. I'm really looking forward to trying this variety in my small tent with my MH 48x3's.

Here's an update on my small tent (.48m2) grow of RockLock clones using MH 48x3's.

I've been trying to figure out how to take better pictures under the LED lights. The BW filter helps see detail.
This is day 22 of 12/12.

Here's the only filter that makes the leaves green

It's amazing what I can get holding a phone with a magnifying glass.

I can also take these. I hope to do much better. (Rocklock Day 30 of 12/12)

How far should I have my 400s from my plants? I have read some posts that if you are too close your buds don't mature as well? What us the happy distance in Veg and Flower?

Hard to see how far on the bottom pic. It is about 18" from the top of the plants.

In my experience once the plant is acclimated to the bright LED light (I have the 400 too) you can go pretty close. I am currently at about 4.5 inches give or take with NO ill effects. This way my lower nodes fill out, I can't wait and I hope this helps.
