Here's my LA Diva auto near ready for chop! Also got a sweet seeds dark devil and delicious cotton candy at about 10 days from seed, all are under the reflector 96x3w

Thanks for the info. I would also pick quality over yield but I harvest every 3-3 1/2 month so my med run out quick! . I only have space for a 4x6 tent with a 600w hps setup. I get about 1/2 to 1 lb (rare) with the 600w hps. Im considering switching to led to save some $$ on power. If the yield using this led is low then at the end i would have no more med and I can't afford going to the cannabis dispensary. would the mars 11 1200w be comparable to a 1000w hps? the 1200w led only draw about 600w?

Yield I can't really comment on because to many factors played into my yield to "compare". I'm not disappointed by any means in the yield I am getting, however I change too many things to say, yes or no I yielded more or less, if that makes sense. Yield is honestly the least of my concerns, as I am a soil grower, and I care about the quality more than yield.

GSC is one of the worst strains to worry about yield... out of the 20plus strains I have done, GSC was the lowest yielding of all. I mean when I usually get 3-5oz per plant, GSC I am lucky to get 1-2oz.

I wouldn't be too concerned with yield, and more so on how much quality your buds are. And Yes, Mars II will produce quality buds.

Hey guys I was just wondering.... I have ceramic tiles and it's always cool to the touch..so my question is do you guys think I can construct a cube and put my dwc bucket inside? And maybe have a fan directly in front of it?
 
Thanks mocha for the reply.. Also do you know if it's good to leave my air pump inside the tent or should put the pump outside.. I read somewhere about sucking in rich co2 air directly to the roots is bad?..any input guys?????
 
I would put your air pump where u get a lot of cold air lol. your root don't need co2.

I just run a 3/8" plastic tube out of my tent for the input of the airpump. Here is my idea for a DWC cooler. Pretty cheap. 20' 1/2" copper tubing is $22 at DE-Pot. Just need a low power water pump. And a cooler. 1/2" Plastic tubing to go from pump to coil and back to cooler. Just have an aquarium thermometer and turn on pump when DWC too warm. Just make sure to keep extra water bottles frozen in freezer. Sort of like a brewing wort.

Hey NyCJT62, I use an EcoPlus Commercial Air 1 air pump. It has a 3/8" air intake, I put about 10' of 3/8" plastic tubing on it and run it out of my tent. It makes the pump super quiet and keeps it cool. Look on Amazon. I use it for 5 airstones and a GH Farm kit. Great pump. It's loud if you don't add some tubing on the input.

BTW, I put my DWC cooler on here as an idea to keep your Buckets cool. I had a real problem with nute temps when I began my medicine grow. I know I sounded goober explaining it. Old man...

You may want to order more seeds and CS now and pop 1-2 seeds in as soon as you get them. This way you have a perpetual grow. :)
Growing only 1 plant is risky as im sure you know, but i understand.

She is 5 weeks old. Sweet Seeds' Red Poison. She was a very small seed. I only bought one to test shipping. I am looking forward to easing my eye pain. Because of my heart condition and a triple by-pass the eye doctor couldn't/wouldn't prescribe normal prescription meds for Glaucoma. He did write me a prescription for Cannabis. I have had untreated Glaucoma for more than six years. And now I see through a tunnel. Can't wait to "see" if it works for me. Very painful stuff Glaucoma.
Wish I had some colloidal silver a week ago. Next time...

I got my 1200 mars 2 yesterday (and set up and shining). About ten days from order to door. It is a flowering model. I too was a bit surprised at how white it appears. It says on their website for flowering they come with red, white and infared. This seems to explain how white it looks. Now I just need to get a camera to do a journal. Thank you Sara for the light and good service.
